the blueprint for career development
this week,when I check my email in outlook,I suddenly find a resignation maill of one colleague from QA department,after reading this email ,I felt a little suprised,for he also held a project meeting with us before spring festival.there is no symptom for his leaving ,as far as I know,he was worked for our company for more than four years,may be its time for him to leave the position,he could find a better job and seek a more suitable working environment.
in fact ,I have seen several colleague to resign in our company ,to our company,they are bone workers,as they all worked for a quite a long period,to each company,resignation is a formal phenomenon,especially in some so-called hot leaping period.
as employees,making a leaping can bring some benefits,say high salary,better welfare,further career development and so on ,but negative effects also exist,as companies,the resignation of seasoned workers is a great loss,it means that they have to find a green hand to replace the former one ,and they have to spend time and money to develop new workers.
im my opinion,it is necessary to plan our career development before graduation and after work,before graduation ,we should made a blueprint for career development so that you can find a clear career direction,otherwise,the jobing hunting process will be quite difficult after work,make career development blueprint become prominent ,because we should work for almost half of our life,making a smart decision in career is important to us.whether you choose to make a leap or stay in the original job.you own wellbeing is the keypoint.if you can not enjoy happiness in our job,and it is meaningless to stay,no matter what happen,we should not give up studying by yourself or from others,besides ,a positive attitude can keep you energetic in your career.
